guide you through the admission process for each one of the programs. If you have
any problems filling out these pages, contact our office to get a package by mail or
visit our school during our office hours for a hard copy to complete the application.
As soon as the application is completed and signed (including medical and
immunization records), turn it in to the office to be processed. Remember, your
applications will processed in the order that they are received. No exceptions.
